You will be sent an invitation to your e-mail address listed on your file to join a video call if this is what you have booked. Please check your junk or spam e-mail in case your e-mail has filtered the e-mail from our team. Your provider will grant you access to the virtual room at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please allow adequate time to set up your video and sound prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you have not joined the video appointment at your scheduled appointment time your provider will contact you by telephone or e-mail to inquire if you still plan to attend or may be having technical issues.
Otherwise if this is a telephone service, your provider will call you at the phone number you have listed on your file.
